Child Policy 

We love kids and are happy to serve them. For health and safety, and the relaxation of our guests, we kindly request children not accompany guests on salon or spa visits.

Reservations & Cancellations

     At Neroli, we make every effort to confirm your appointment in advance: by e-mail 48 hours prior to appointment, by Cell, SMS (Short Message Service) 48 hours prior to appointment, and if we notice you have not confirmed the day before, we will attempt to call you and leave a voicemail reminding you of your upcoming appointment with us.  

     Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and we understand that sometimes schedules change and you may no longer able to keep your appointment. However, Neroli Salon & Spa can no longer absorb the costs associated with no-show guests or last-minute cancellations. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but we also miss the opportunity to accommodate other potential inquiries for the same time-slot. 

     The frequency of no-shows and last-minute cancellations has become an issue for guests seeking appointments, as well as a concern for our service team whose schedules and income are directly impacted. It is for these reasons we kindly ask for the following considerations when booking and cancelling an appointment with us:  

  - We ask that you please provide us with at least 24 hour’s notice should you need to cancel or change an appointment.  A $25.00 fee will be applied to guests who cancel with less than 12 hour's notice (this payment will be required in order to book future appointments.)

   - We ask that you provide us with at least 48 hour's notice should you need to cancel or change any appointments that are for packages, groups or multiple services.  A $50 fee will be applied to guests who cancel with less than 48 hours notice (this payment will be required in order to book future appointments).  A non-refundable deposit may also be required to book these types of services.

 - A 50% of service fee will be applied to no-show appointments (this payment will be required in order to book future appointments.)  

  - Complimentary services such as permanent makeup perfecting appointments will require a $50 fee to re-book if appointment is no-showed or cancelled with less than 12 hour's notice.  

  - Consultation services will require a $25 fee to re-book if appointment is no-showed or cancelled with less than 12 hour's notice.  

  If none of the efforts Neroli Salon & Spa offers to confirm your reservation result in a missed appointment, the above policy will be applied.  

  To ensure we have your correct e-mail address and contact information up-to-date, please either contact us by phone, email or let us know the next time you visit us!

Comfort  

All Neroli professionals are highly trained and will ensure your safety and comfort while providing your service. Our Service Providers will ensure you are discreetly draped during all our massage, facial and waxing services. Please communicate your wishes with your Service Provider in order to ensure you are completely comfortable and satisfied with your service.

To respect the quiet and privacy of the other guests and to enhance your own relaxation, we ask that you refrain from using your cell phone or electronic devices in any way that is going to disrupt another guest (vibration, ringing, alarm, talking, viewing of video, etc.)

Returns and Exchanges

To ensure that guests are satisfied with the products that they purchase, we recommend consulting with one of our skin care specialists and testing the products with our complimentary samples. 

Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within three weeks of the purchase date. If products are returned after 21 days of purchase, a gift card will be given for the purchase amount. 

Products that have been opened cannot be returned.

Arrival

We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your entire service; however, as a courtesy to any guests scheduled following your appointment, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time. If there is not enough time to complete the service, we would be happy to reschedule your appointment for another time. 

Gift Cards

Spa Gift Cards are a wonderful way to give the gift of health, wellness and relaxation to the special people in your life. Gift Cards are treated as cash and all lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable. Our gift cards do not expire and may be used on any service or product here at Neroli. All Gift Card sales are final.
